Woo hoo everyone, we are getting closer and closer to that Number 15...In the mean time...who wants this one?Again I have left blank space that you may choose to add a quote to, or add something about an auspicious occasion...I think I may end up doing something like one of these for the niece and her betrothed getting married this summer, for some reason that is very appealing to me (although I don't know that she'd recognize the effort...). Or, you can choose to have nothing at all added...it's your doodle if you win! By the way, it's 5 x 7 inches...perfect to mat and insert into an 8" x 10" frame. (Remind me if I forget, I really need to have Kellye get a picture of what she did to hers to share with everyone...)
Anyway, if you want it, you know the hoops you have to jump through...
- You have to add a comment to this post. All comments added by 11:59 pm on Saturday, March 27th will be eligible. A comment will be randomly picked on Sunday, March 28th, and that piece of art send to the person who left the comment chosen, after it is personalized, of course. You do not have to be a follower of the blog to win the doodle...but if you are a follower, you can add a second comment telling me that you are and have two entries (I do check to make sure you are though). The winner will be announced on the blog, and if you have a blog or a website, I'll add a link to that in the announcement...if you see your name drawn as a winner, all you have to do is send me an email with the address you want the item mailed to.

Don't forget to share what Kellye did with the doodle she won ;-)
Both of my daughters are getting married this year (and I thought they loved me) What a great idea...
C2 ~ how long does it take you to actually do one of these?
I would love to have one of your doodles! I've been inspired to try these on my own, but mine are not even half as beautiful as yours.
P.S. I'm a follower.
I'd love it!!

Did you ever think about doing one of these on a jacket? Just wondering. I think it would be awesome.
One of these takes me anywhere from an hour (for an ATC sized one), a 4x6 takes me about 3 to 5, and the 8x10 size I did for Kellye took me about 22 hours. I don't often sit down and do one all at a single sitting though. I find that, like everything else I do, I start several at once and then just sort of work on whichever one wants attention.
As far as doing them on jackets or other items...yes, I am doing them on several different sorts of things. I am finishing the one I did on Shrinky Dinks into a necklace (plan to over the weekend if all goes well), and I actually have a few other things I have been doing them on that I will be sharing on here as they get finished.
Because they are so very much a meditative exercise for me, I am going to be doing them on strips of cloth as we move into spring to act as prayer flags, of sorts, which I will be tying on to this huge tree I have in the house that I move out into the back yard for the summer...
And, to satisfy many requests that I have had, I am working on a line of cards that will feature many of them...
Obviously, they have sort of invaded my being...
Woo Hoo Here I am again! Hoping to win another beautiful piece of your Art! Thank you
As you know I'm already follower! LOL
Me! Me! I want one! LOL!
AND as you know i'm a follower!
Yeah @ the line of cards!! lol Altho knowing me...I will buy them and never send them.
I really like the flowers that you add to your doodles such as the one in the bottom right hand corner. They had a nice organic touch.
Thank you.
